About

Sasha is a South West London based ceramicist. Her practice is deeply rooted in the themes of earth, functionality, and slowness. While her creative spark was lit in childhood, it was a life changing cancer diagnosis at age 18 that transformed her perspective on art, revealing its power as a vital tool for healing and therapy.
Upon discovering ceramics, Sasha found that clay served as a profound tonic for the soul. Today, her meditative approach values the rhythmic process of making over the final result. The act of creating being where the true value lies. Driven by the philosophy that "everyone should get stuck in the mud", she encourages others to embrace the grounding nature of clay.
